Welcome !

The mission of Boy Scout Troop 155 is to provide year round opportunities for young men who are 11 through 18 years of age to have a fun, challenging, supportive, and exciting Scouting experience through discovery and volunteer community service.

Active, enthusiastic scouts are supported by trained adults and involved parents in an outdoor based, year round, boy-run program that holds their interest. We encourage scouts to advance in rank so they have the skills to enjoy the opportunities presented, but not at the expense of fun. The Scouts will teach, reinforce, and focus on the core concepts of Scouting Program as described in the Scout Oath, Scout Law, Scout Motto and the Outdoor Code.

Our goal is to prepare young men to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetime through the development of strong character, leadership abilities, and an understanding of social responsibility.

Troop 155 meets every Thursday at the Salvation Army Community Center - 650 Petit Ave. Ventura, CA (7:00pm-8:30pm). For more information on our program, please contact Scoutmaster, Lee Klein at www.Troop155SM@gmail.com

Troop Annual Membership Renewal - 2021

Posted by lee.klein on Nov 9 2020 - 4:34pm

It's time to renew your Annual Membership with Troop 155 for the 2021 calendar year!

We're so proud that our Troop was one of the few youth organizations that have been able to meet throughout the entire COVID restrictions - either virtually on ZOOM or with safety/social distancing measures in place! We hope you all would agree that this gave your scout the much needed social time during these unprecedented months so they could still be connected to their friends and something positive? With that in mind, it has been challenging to get them out camping, hiking, cooking and doing the normal fun scouting outings they're used to; however, our adult committee and parents are making plans to improve that to keep everyone engaged and moving forward in Scouting. Scouting is VERY important to us and we know it's important to you too! More scouting fun to come....
